This week I’m starting to hunt for clients with more ferocity. I reached out and increased my followers by 10 X which is awesome, I’ve been chatting to clients about the pain points they have with their present management company in order to help me figure out how I can be better than my competition. I’m certain I will get my 15 clients, I fear I maybe too early as clients will be tied up in contracts with their present management company.

As the holiday season begins to get going with the start of spring being here, the weather is warming up, the nights are drawing out, and flowers and trees are begging to burst with blossom—all things are positive! 🌷 With spring's arrival, we're witnessing the much-anticipated surge in travel planning, and it’s a delightful time to anticipate welcoming guests. My property has already hosted three wonderful groups, and while the booking calendar currently offers some enticing availability, I'm optimistic that the trend will mirror last year's dynamic patterns. Based on observations, 2024 is seeing a preference for 4-day short breaks, a shift from 2023’s week-long stays. This nuanced change in travel habits is something we’re keen to accommodate, offering flexibility and tailored experiences to our guests. ✈️

The isolation of starting my new Holiday & Management Company hasn’t really bothered me, yet the challenges I’ve had have been momentum stoppers due to factors outside of my control which are clearly making my hair already grey go greyer.
